I have had the opportunity to work in various facets of the automobile industry. There was a time I continually fought the phrase, 'We have always done it this way!' I responded, 'Good for you, but is it good business? I get it; in the past, many automobile dealerships
operated as a legacy business.
Today I ask one question is it good business to leave revenue dollars on the shop floor? Regardless of ownership or management style, by State Law, dealers can apply for annual labor and parts rate increases.
